The 40 Days
One saying each day. His words and your actual life. Nothing added.
For forty days you will receive one thing each morning: a single saying of Jesus. No commentary underneath it. No application points. No preaching. Just his words, arriving in your day, and whatever they find in you.
Let them disturb you. Let them ask questions you are not yet ready for. Hear before you do anything else.
Why forty
Forty days is not arbitrary. Jesus spent forty days in the desert stripping everything away before his public life began. Ancient tradition across every culture used forty as the threshold: the time required to become something genuinely new. One practice held for forty days begins to rewire identity at a level that belief alone never reaches.
Forty days. One saying each morning. Begin when you are ready.
It costs nothing, and there is nothing waiting behind day forty: no upsell, no membership behind the last email. When the forty days end, you will simply be invited into the next stage of the path: choosing one teaching and living it for thirty days, and, if you want company, a Circle.
Or walk it from this page
The email is one door. It is not the gate. All forty days stand open on this site, at the forty, with nothing asked of you. One arrives each morning, or you come here each morning and take the next number. They are the same forty days, the same words, the same silence, in the same order. The email keeps the rhythm for you. The page trusts you to keep it yourself. There is no wrong door.
The whole path, so you can see where this goes
Forty days. Read only his words, one saying each day.
Thirty days. Choose one teaching, one only, and apply it completely. When you fall short, return to the beginning of the day, not the beginning of the thirty days.
Naturally. Do not recruit. Live it visibly, and speak when someone asks.
The table. Two or three people, one saying, each person speaking once from their actual week.
You become it. Not belief. Transformation.
