Sessions with Nardus Kruger · held under his own name, beside ROOT
The Inner Room
Nardus Kruger is the author of ROOT. He also sits with people one-on-one.
ROOT is free and always will be. This page is the one place on this site where something costs money, so let it be said plainly: the sessions described here are my own work, offered under my own name. Nothing here is sold by ROOT or through ROOT, and no one is ever moved from the free path toward this room. If anything, it runs the other way: everyone who sits with me leaves with the free path in hand.
The Well
The Well is a single, unhurried day of guided inner work: roughly four hours, one guest, one room. It takes its name and its shape from the conversation in John 4, a person met at a well, seen completely, and the seeing never used against them.
We begin at the table, with tea, for as long as it takes. You tell me what you are carrying and what you want to be different, in your own words, and we write it down and give it a number so that at the end, and thirty days later, we can look honestly at what changed. Then, with everything explained and agreed beforehand, I guide you into deep inner stillness, the kind of settled interior quiet Jesus pointed to when he spoke of the inner room and the shut door. In that stillness we listen to what rises, we work with what is shown, and we ask. Asked is the right word: healing is asked for, never promised. Whatever is given in that room is received with gratitude, not claimed in advance.
The whole session is recorded, and the recording is yours, handed to you the same day. People find that listening to it again in the weeks that follow is where much of the work settles in.
Transparency is not a policy here, it is the method. You will know every step before we take it. Nothing is done covertly, nothing is hidden in the language, and you remain aware and in charge throughout. You can pause or stop at any point, and you will be brought back to full ordinary alertness completely, every time, without exception.
I hold one session per guest as the honest intention, not as a promise. Some stories need more than one day, and if yours does, we will say so plainly.
Framework Sessions
Shorter, structured sessions that walk the spine of the book with you and apply it to one named outcome in your life: identity, forgiveness, the end of the inner courtroom, provision and anxiety, asking and receiving. In the first session you name the outcome in your own words and scale it from zero to ten. We measure again at the end, and again at thirty days. Result-driven, honestly measured, no vague promises.
Included with every sessionThe 40-Day Integration
Every guest leaves enrolled, free, in the 40-day path. A session can create a breakthrough; the daily path is what holds it. The paid work feeds the free work. Never the other way around.
A few honest notes before you write
- I call the people I work with guests, because that is what you are.
- Every session begins with a careful conversation about whether this work is right for you right now. For some situations it is not, and in those cases I will say so warmly and help you find the right support instead. This screening is never skipped, for anyone.
- Fees are discussed openly before anything is booked. Write to me and I will send you everything, including the price, with no follow-up pressure of any kind.
The first step is always a short, unhurried exchange. No obligation is created by writing.
